Our purpose is to provide authentic yoga practices that can increase one's Health and Well-Being on different levels. Physically, emotionally. mentally and spiritually.
Classes are designed to explore various aspects/limbs of Yoga from Asana (yoga positions) to Dhyana (meditation) and ultimately Samadhi (pure awareness). Classes also introduce the Yoga Sutras and their meaning as well as explore how that translates to daily life.
Sessions include the practice of Kirtan and chanting of sacred Sanskrit mantras to experience the uplifting effects of sounds and vibrations, to further deepen the experience of the Essence of Yoga.
